About Planting Seeds Counseling & Coaching
Welcome to Planting Seeds Counseling & Coaching, PLLC! The short and sweet origin story — PSCC was founded by Jennifer Bradt in 2008 in downtown Frisco. In 2014, Jennifer and Tara Wedemeyer became colleagues and business partners in 2018. They co-founded the second Planting Seeds location, the Center for Wellness, in Prosper in 2018. Jennifer and Tara are proud to be a women-owned and operated group practice.
Planting Seeds has an excellent team of counselors and admins. Their mission is to welcome clients into a warm, compassionate, professional relationship and to provide an ethical, safe place where clients can heal, learn, and grow through a multitude of clinical applications.
We are committed to creating a community where everyone feels welcome and valued regardless of age, race, gender, ethnicity, ability, sexual orientation, religion, spiritual beliefs, political affiliation, status, or background. In doing so, we will work diligently to make every effort to recognize, address, and eradicate all forms of racism, oppression, intolerance, negative judgements, and mistreatment directed toward marginalized communities and/or peoples in our presence. We also understand each of our paths is unique and that bias may not always be intended. Therefore, we ask for grace to be extended and that we all remain open, teachable, and willing to learn. Our company strives to keep these commitments for all staff, clients, and humans who enter our space. We do this as we believe we are called by scripture to love one another.

Our Principles of Practice
We commit to always, first and foremost, “encourage one another and build each other up” (1 Thessalonians 5:11). This applies to our clients, their families, and the team members at Planting Seeds Counseling & Coaching, PLLC.
We will respect one another and our clients, accepting what is shared with love and grace.
As we live into the gift of Wisdom granted to each of us, we commit to remaining loving, faithful, and teachable. We will put time into continuing to nurture our gifts through both professional and spiritual educational opportunities.
As Christians engaged in the world, we commit to living as disciples through caring for our physical, emotional, and spiritual selves and supporting each other in our efforts.
